It's time to feel better
My top goals upon starting this program were to learn how to manage and balance my hormones in a healthy way so I can successfully reduce the unwanted symptoms of my PCOS. This program was able to help me work toward these goals by giving me the tools and knowledge behind why my body cannot self-regulate, and how to do so naturally without other medications.
I feel great! I feel the "Hormonal Reset" program was a complete reset for me. I now drink a lot of water during the day, which I haven't done in months. And sleeping, OMG. I've been able to go to sleep at around 11:30 pm and wake up at 7 am. It may seem still pretty late, but before this, I would go to be at around 2 am and only get a few hours of sleep. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to understand their bodies and improve their health.
