I created this program based on the steps I took to balance my hormones the natural way. We're going to start by cleansing and removing toxins from the inside out, exploring ways to calm your nervous system, and managing your hormones. This was an important part of my journey to a healthy and happy life and I cannot wait to share it with you.

Ayurveda Masterclass

I created a masterclass introducing Ayurveda and sharing simple yet powerful tips we can all use to improve and support our overall health. During the masterclass, you would learn about the origins of Ayurveda, how it helped me heal my hormonal imbalance and resistance to insulin, the basics of understanding Ayurveda, and how you can apply it in your life.

My goal is for you to finish this masterclass with an understanding of what Ayurveda is, how it can help you, and at least one new healthy habit you can start implementing right away.
