I created this program based on the steps I took to balance my hormones the natural way. We're going to start by cleansing and removing toxins from the inside out, exploring ways to calm your nervous system, and managing your hormones. This was an important part of my journey to a healthy and happy life and I cannot wait to share it with you.

"I feel like those 3 days were like a reset for me. I've been drinking a lot of water during the day which I haven't done in months. And sleep omg. I've been going to sleep around 11:30 and waking up at 7 or 8 in the morning. I know it's not like crazy early to sleep but it's better than 2 in the am."
