It's safe to say that I could talk about Ayurveda all day every day. It hard for me not to look at the world from an Ayurvedic perspective. Ayu means life and Veda means knowledge so Ayurveda is the science or knowledge of life. Ayurveda covers many aspects of a person and it takes care of imbalances of the body, mind, and spirit through foods, herbs, lifestyle changes, and spirituality. 

No matter the struggle, Ayurveda always has a suggestion. Ayurveda bases itself on the concept of finding balance through opposites. For example, if you have a cold imbalance such as sluggish digestion, Ayurveda encourages to take hot herbs to turn on the digestive fire and get the body going once again.

Ayurveda allows you to create a better relationship with yourself through love and compassion. This is a holistic approach to health that contributed greatly to my health and helped me maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. If you are looking for integrative and natural approaches to your health problems, this is for you.
